Committee is trying new ticketing platform called Zeffy which is specially created for non-profit organizations. The advantage of this platform is that there are no service fees for buyers and there is no gateway transaction fee for Triveni. However, Zeffy has several limitations as compared to Wix platform that we use for our website. One important limitation is that we cannot validate membership information. We are relying on people buying tickets based on their type of membership. Please use following guidelines while purchasing your tickets:
General Policies
- The Zeffy donation fee is optional and goes directly to Zeffy and not Triveni.
- All Ticket sales are final.
- There will be no cancellations, returns, or exchanges from Triveni.
- Kids (Age 5 to 12) should purchase a Kid ticket.
- Kids 13 and above should purchase a Full price Adult ticket.
- Ticket prices will increase after the initial discount period is over.
- Tickets purchased at door on the day of event will incur a higher cost.
Family membership: 5 tickets (irrespective of adult or child) at membership prices and beyond that use non-member pricing
Couple membership: 2 tickets (irrespective of adult or child) at membership prices and beyond that use non-member pricing
Individual and student membership: 1 ticket (irrespective of adult or child) at membership price and beyond that use non-member pricing
