We call upon our members to make Gudhi Padwa program a very successful event.

Our own Triveni members are performing so please volunteer and make this program a huge success.

4/17: Need 4 people to help load the truck at 4302 S Shore Dr, Friday starting 3 PM (~1 hour)

4/17: Need 8 volunteers for set building at the auditorium, Friday 4:45–9 PM.

4/18 - For preparing sets (3 hours)

4/18 - 9:00 am - Set up the stage, Decorations

4/18 - Lunch Serving - noon -1 and 1:00 - 2:00 pm

4/18 - Lunch Cleanup - 2:00 - 2:30

4/18 Evening - Load all equipment after the Natak and Wrap-ups

4/18: Need 8 volunteers to take down and load the set, Saturday 5–6:30 PM.

4/20 - Sunday (11 AM–1 PM, Mason): Need 4+ volunteers to unload the truck.
