PVSA - Track your Hours

Eligibility Criteria:

​

• Hours entered by the volunteer would be approved by the Executive Committee team once the event is over  

• To make sure that right hours are being communicated, Volunteer should talk to event Lead or event Co-Lead during the event. (Other Executive Committee members can also pitch in if necessary)

• If event Lead or event Co-Lead is unable to certify the hours, he/she may reach out to you for additional information (specifically Parents / Triveni Members)
• If the information provided is incomplete, volunteering hours will not be approved by the Executive Committee
• Executive Committee can provide the record of the approved hours to the volunteer upon request any time
